If you’re not satisfied with our product or you received damaged product you can return the product with in 7-10days
Refund will be initiated between 3-7 days after reviewing the return.

‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the buyer to the seller on website.

  1. Item was defective.
  2. Parts were missing.
  3. Wrong item was sent by the seller.

‘Return’ could also result in ‘refund’ of money in some cases.

We encourage the buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the buyer orders a wrong item, the buyer shall not be entertain to any refund/return.

The buyer needs to raise the refund request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Once the buyer has raised a return request by contacting us, the buyer has to wait for refund until the shipment was collected by our team.

Cancellation policy:

All orders are processed by our team and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
